About Us

Adivero, a boutique consulting firm, is run by Alain Etchegaray from Brisbane, a well known French figure in the city as well as his partner Olivier Klein.

Together they support international companies in building effective strategies to market and sell their technical and business solutions to Australian clients, while also assisting Australian companies looking to establish a presence in New Caledonia.

Alain has been working as a facilitator and business developer mainly on projects in the Pacific region for the last 25 years with a focus on HR & quality management within the B2B services, mining and energy sectors.

Alain loves interacting with different cultures and finding bridges between people from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals.

Education : Master’s degree in Business, postgraduates studies in HR at U.C.L.A. -Los Angeles- and in Organisational Development at Macquarie University - Sydney.

After an initial experience in consulting (Accenture), Olivier Klein held numerous general management positions (Danone, Pallas Bank, ATOS). He then created his own consulting firm in 1999 to support executives in the context of restructurings, turnarounds of struggling activities, launches of new activities, and international expansion projects.

A graduate of the École Polytechnique as well as the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Olivier also received a Master of Science degree from MIT..
